INTRO
During checkout, create an account and activate your "Customer Area", which you can access with the chosen email and password; in it you can find various tabs from which to manage and modify: Personal login information, Shipping and billing addresses, History and details of current and historical orders, Credit notes, Vouchers, Personal data.
PAYMENTS
The prices of the products indicated on the site include VAT at 22%. It's it is possible to order and complete the payment on the site and during checkout select collection in the company, obviously always free; you will then be contacted by us by telephone to arrange a date of your choice for collection.
CREDIT CARDS and PayPal©
ayment for the goods purchased on the site can be made by credit card, via the Stripe© platform, or PayPal©.
When one of the above methods is used, payment is authorized; the order goes to the status "1-Pending". The payment must therefore be validated by Carezza-shop; this will only happen when the order passes to the status "3-Incoming". We have chosen this validation procedure to guarantee the customer the presence of the products purchased before actually collecting the amount, so as to be able to cancel the order more easily and quickly in the event of the absence of one or more chosen products.
In the rare event of one or more of the purchased products being missing from stock, we will in fact inform the customer about the time required to ship the goods and possibly cancel the order totally or partially at his choice, depending on whether he decides to give up entirely or only products that are not immediately available.
Between authorization during checkout and charging (with transition to the status of "3-Incoming" of the order) a maximum of seven days can pass, after which the authorization lapses and means that no amount has been withdrawn nor can it be withdrawn in the future. If the goods become available again it will therefore be necessary to re-place the order from scratch obviously.
BANK TRANSFER and SEPA
Payment can be made by the customer via bank transfer or SEPA. In this case the shipment will take place within 2 working days from the day of crediting to the company account whose IBAN will be communicated during the checkout procedure in which the customer will select the bank transfer as the payment method. In case of lack of the product purchased from the warehouse, we will inform the customer about the time necessary to ship the goods and possibly, in case of his/her request, to issue an immediate total or partial refund depending on the customer's choice (removal of products not available from the order or total cancellation of the order).

Costs and timing
Shipping to Italy takes place within 2 working days of receiving payment for the order; it is free if the order amount exceeds 40 euros, otherwise its cost is 7 euros. In particular promotional periods the amount for free shipping is reduced and will be indicated on the homepage. For islands, an increase of 2 euros applies, i.e. the cost is 9 euros, and shipping is free over 50 euros.
When the business is closed during the summer and Christmas holidays, the first day of reopening and therefore shipping of orders will be indicated on the homepage at the top.
Our shipments are entrusted to TNT and are traceable via a link that will be communicated to you by email; furthermore, the courier will send you an SMS with information on the delivery and the procedures for rescheduling it as desired (it is also possible to block the package at a TNT point where you will go to collect it).
The delivery address goods are delivered within a maximum of 2 working days from departure from our headquarters in via Scisciana – Busto Arsizio; for many areas of In Italy, delivery takes place the day after shipment, i.e. on a working day; no "floor" deliveries are made; please indicate a delivery address where, if possible, someone is always available for collection, and be specific if necessary when filling out the form requesting them during the order checkout. any delivery details.
